TL;DR
Strategic Sales Executive (Identity Security): Drive identity security solution sales by owning the full sales cycle—from qualifying and discovery through demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing—with an accent on territory planning, competitive positioning against Microsoft/Okta/Saviynt, and leading a virtual partner/presales/customer-success team. Focus on building pipeline, forecasting accurately in Salesforce/Clari, and orchestrating stakeholder engagement across business and technical decision-makers.
Location: Remote (Wisconsin, USA)
Salary: $123,750 - $208,624 (base salary estimate for US-based employees)

What you will do
- Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals.
- Own all aspects of the sales cycle: qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop business plans and opportunity/territory plans aligned to assigned territory.
- Lead virtual deal execution with partner resources, presales, partner management, deal desk, professional services, BVA, and customer success to deliver sales wins.
- Build and maintain pipeline (including self-generated and inbound/inherited opportunities) and provide accurate forecasting and reporting using Salesforce and Clari.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users; pursue leads and ensure internal systems are updated.
Requirements
- Experience as an Account Executive who can run first engagements and discovery calls to qualify opportunities.
- Strong ability to understand and present the value of identity security solutions and competitively position against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder discussions across business stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
- Demonstrated capability to sell as part of a team (not independently) and act as a “quarterback” for virtual resources.
- Travel: business travel of approximately 50% yearly is expected.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (or global equivalent) in an IT, business, or sales-related field.
