Senior Business Analyst (Finance, NetSuite)

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements across all Finance functions.
• Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional requirements for system changes.
• Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and external consultants to ensure project alignment.
• Lead workshops, testing cycles, and training activities for Finance users.
• Coordinate end-to-end UAT and manage defect documentation and resolution.
• Support data cleansing, validation, and migration activities during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst supporting multiple NetSuite implementations or ERP-related projects.
• Solid understanding of Finance processes including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and financial reporting.
• Excellent documentation skills including process maps, requirements, and test scripts.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and external partners.
• Must be available for a full-time contract role dedicated to the project lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite functional modules.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience in change management or training support.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
