What you will do

• Audit BA and PM workflows to identify and quantify time-costly manual tasks.
• Design and deploy production automations for status summaries, requirements drafting, and reporting using tools like Workato and Zapier.
• Implement and evaluate LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) to build intelligent agents and automated workflows.
• Define and track capacity KPIs to measure time reclaimed and workflow efficiency.
• Redesign underlying operational structures to eliminate inefficient processes.
• Build human-in-the-loop review checkpoints to maintain AI output quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Systems roles in high-growth tech companies.
• Expertise with Salesforce.
• Proven experience shipping production automations using Workato, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Practical experience building workflows and agents with LLMs.
• Ability to write basic scripts in Python or JavaScript and perform data queries with SQL.
• Proficiency with the BA/PM toolkit including Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheets.
