Compensation: $9,859.25 - $15,380.75 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Lead foundational analysis for complex Salesforce initiatives, identifying process bottlenecks and data silos.
- Act as a platform gatekeeper by conducting fit-gap analysis against Salesforce Education Cloud capabilities.
- Facilitate high-stakes discovery workshops with diverse stakeholders to synthesize conflicting requirements into a unified future-state vision.
- Drive the technical portion of RFPs for implementation partners, defining precise functional scope.
- Develop persona-driven artifacts, including journey maps and role inventories, to ensure solutions address specific user needs.
- Mentor and coach other business analysts and project team members on methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline required.
- Minimum of eight years of related experience, including at least two years of managerial experience.
- Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Education Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant) is required.
- Deep experience with Salesforce platform strategy, particularly within complex public sector or higher-education environments.
- Proven ability to manage the full project life cycle, including requirements definition, process mapping, and testing.
- Strong leadership, consensus-building, and conflict-resolution skills for working with senior leadership and diverse administrative units.
Nice to have
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation.
- Project Management or Change Management professional designations.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Student Information Systems, or Workday.
- Project experience in a higher-education or public sector environment.
