TL;DR
Business Analyst (Wealth Management): Delivering technology and process solutions for private wealth and high-net-worth client offerings with an accent on requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and advisor-led workflows. Location: Must be based in Toronto or Mississauga, Canada (Hybrid schedule).
Salary: $60,000–$100,000 CAD.

What you will do
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements for wealth management projects.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IS delivery teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Support project estimation, planning, and requirements prioritization within an Agile framework.
- Translate complex investment products and advisor-led workflows into clear functional requirements.
- Coordinate business readiness and change activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams throughout the design and testing phases.
Requirements
- Current work authorization in Canada is required.
- Completed 3-year College diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of business analysis experience in financial services, specifically wealth management or private wealth.
- Demonstrated experience with advisor-led service environments and investment workflows.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and business analysis methodologies like BABOK.
Nice to have
- IIBA or Business Analysis certification.
- CSM or CSPO certification.
- Experience with Backoffice, TA, or Dealer Operating Platforms.
