What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond promptly to emergency customer service calls.
• Complete pre-site surveys and manage parts inventory according to company processes.
• Document service activities and report on trends or technical challenges using management tools.
• Uphold safety guidelines and professional standards while working in casino environments.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Clean and valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds and operate a box truck
• Ability to acquire and maintain a gaming license as required by local jurisdictions

Nice to have

• Experience as a slot technician or in field service of technical products
• Background in electronics, mechanics, and diagnostic troubleshooting
• Experience working in on-call roles and traveling for work
