Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $215,000 – $230,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end pricing and packaging strategy across the product suite.
  • Lead the transition from seat-based to usage-based or hybrid monetization models.
  • Develop long-term monetization strategies aligned with the AI-driven product roadmap.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, RevOps, and Finance to ensure alignment on pricing and packaging.
  • Build and maintain financial models to forecast the impact of monetization changes.
  • Present pricing performance and strategic recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team and board.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, business operations, or GTM strategy within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills using Excel/Sheets and BI tools like Sigma.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Finance.
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS business models, usage-based pricing, and AI-driven GTM strategies.
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in pricing consulting or strategic advisory (e.g., Simon-Kucher, Teneo, BCG).
  • Experience leading pricing transformations at growth-stage or enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Salesforce CPQ experience.
  • Background in PE-backed or high-growth SaaS environments.
