• Lead the development and implementation of global pricing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance to create effective pricing models for new and existing products.
• Define and refine monetization strategies aligned with PLG and usage-based pricing.
• Partner with external pricing consultants to evaluate and improve pricing structures.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives across multiple product categories to ensure profitability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, monetization, and commercial excellence.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or payments industries.
• Proven success in building high-performance teams that deliver EBITDA growth.
• Expertise in cloud-based product monetization and transition to usage-based pricing.
• Must be located in the United States.
