Salary: 43,583 - 49,500 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Manage and coach a new team of engineers in Warsaw, fostering an inclusive culture and strong technical execution.
• Partner with product, design, and UXR to transform ambiguous problem spaces into a clear roadmap and practical milestones.
• Define the team's technical direction, balancing foundational platform investments with iterative delivery.
• Lead hiring efforts and grow the team in collaboration with recruiting and leadership.
• Ensure platform capabilities unlock meaningful customer value and support future product expansion across the organization.
• Raise the overall engineering bar through sound technical judgment and thoughtful prioritization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years managing engineers with a track record of delivery.
• Strong technical judgment regarding architecture, technical tradeoffs, and execution strategy.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous or early-stage spaces and creating structure.
• Product-minded approach to balancing long-term technical health with immediate business impact.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to align cross-functional leadership partners.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office to support the hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Experience with configuration systems, builder experiences, workflow tooling, or enterprise software challenges.
• Curiosity about AI tools and how they can improve products, workflows, or team effectiveness.
