What you will do
- Lead business process discovery sessions to define scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Own end-to-end solution architecture across Service Cloud, Order Management, and Commerce platforms.
- Define and govern solution design, including data models, integrations, and system architecture.
- Provide architectural oversight throughout the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide development teams.
- Identify and proactively mitigate technical risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years specializing in B2B Commerce.
- Deep understanding of B2B Commerce Einstein features, extensions, APIs, and Salesforce OMS.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Omniscript, and platform authentication patterns.
- Experience with integration fundamentals (Netsuite, Stripe, etc.) and DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders.
