Business Analyst (SAP QM)

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and project teams to validate and clarify requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops and contribute to project deliverables.
• Co-author integration test plans and execute SIT and UAT cycles.
• Coordinate defect resolution with technical and functional teams.
• Provide onsite support during go-live and hypercare periods.
• Prepare documentation and support key-user knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
• Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements documentation and workshop facilitation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) module.
• Strong testing experience (SIT and UAT), including test planning and defect management.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Must be able to work in the Montreal area.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace or other highly regulated industries.
• Exposure to large-scale SAP deployments.
• Familiarity with compliance, quality, or regulatory frameworks.
