What you will do

• Build and run the operating model for the Alliances organization, connecting Product, GTM, and alliance priorities.
• Establish program management rigor, including goals, milestones, risk tracking, and executive readouts.
• Own the business rhythm, including integrated planning cycles, QBRs, and governance forums.
• Create and maintain a single source of truth for alliance initiatives, readiness, and business outcomes.
• Drive co-sell and pipeline operating discipline in partnership with Sales and GTM stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness for alliance launches, integrations, and field activation.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in program management, business operations, or GTM operations in enterprise software or cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated ability to build or scale cross-functional operating models and governance cadences.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to drive structure and accountability across complex initiatives.
• Experience working across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience building dashboards and KPIs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, or platform ecosystems.
• Experience supporting strategic alliances, technology partnerships, or co-sell programs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and project management tools.
