• Develop and maintain enhancements for container platforms including Rancher and Kubernetes.
• Provide L3 R&D support by investigating and resolving complex technical issues.
• Design and implement generative AI agent capabilities for cloud-native platform integrations.
• Create AI-driven operational workflows and automation utilities.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective software solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in China
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mastery in English and local language (Chinese).

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge of LLM and AIOps technologies.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub.
