What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance across teams for design and implementation.
• Build reliable systems that integrate large language models into core product offerings.
• Architect and implement end-to-end software solutions with a focus on scalability and resilience.
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to enhance engineering efficiency and product capabilities.
• Conduct architectural reviews, lead PoCs, and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Mentor and coach engineers to foster continuous improvement and skill development.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents with LLMs, including RAG and model tuning.
• Proficiency with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Strong programming background in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Deep expertise in microservices, REST, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with cloud-native development on AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
