What you will do

• Drive the evolution of hirify.global’s AI and ML platform toward a self-service, developer-friendly environment.
• Build and maintain SDKs, feature generation tools, and CI/CD pipelines for AI integration.
• Manage and evolve integrations with managed AI services across multiple cloud providers.
• Design and operate AI quality evaluation frameworks and prompt engineering infrastructure.
• Collaborate with ML modeling and product engineering teams to design scalable AI platforms.
• Build production-grade software using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development workflows.

Requirements

• Technical degree required.
• Experience building developer tooling, libraries, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience operationalizing LLMs and building integrations with cloud provider APIs (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong proficiency in Python, PHP, or Hacklang.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and ability to cultivate system context for reliable AI outputs.
• Demonstrated AI-first approach to engineering using tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
