What you will do

• Develop and productize platforms for cutting-edge AI projects, including multi-modal LLMs.
• Automate the deployment of the inference stack with quality gates to support global scale.
• Design and implement new architectures for multi-modal inference to meet growing AI demands.
• Collaborate with research, engineering, and business teams to shape long-term product strategy.
• Mentor junior engineers, researchers, and product managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing production-quality scalable code in Go, Python, or Java.
• BSc in a technical field (AI/ML, CS, DS, Physics, Math, etc).
• Professional experience building SDKs and web service APIs (REST, gRPC).
• Experience with software engineering best practices: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Agile.
• Ability to produce solutions independently and lead teams when required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Warsaw, Poland

Nice to have

• MSc or PhD in a technical field.
• Hands-on experience in the MLOps field, specifically deploying ML models.
