What you will do

• Lead internal teams in the development of AI products.
• Design and implement production-level ML/AI solutions using solid software engineering.
• Make architectural decisions for cloud environments.
• Scale and optimize data science models for production (parallelizing, tuning, and testing).
• Provide training, lead internal meetings, and organize external events.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on diverse client projects.

Requirements

• MSc in Computer Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience building production-quality ML/Deep Learning pipelines.
• Expert proficiency in Python and at least one of Scala, C++, or Java.
• Experience with SQL, cloud infrastructures (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch is required.
• Must possess a valid work permit (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Management Consulting.
