Salary: $135,000-$202,500 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Own strategy and execution for the core listing system, enabling CRUD operations and stewardship journeys for complex biomedical assets.
• Expand the Exchange catalog by adding new asset types (e.g., algorithms, applications, tools, workflows, and multi-type collections).
• Build private enterprise data catalog capabilities for secure management and discovery of proprietary assets alongside public offerings.
• Define in-product commercial data transaction workflows, including technical and operational requirements for licensing and exchanging high-value biomedical assets.
• Partner with engineering and data science to optimize asset metadata and schemas for discovery across hirify.global’s platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building B2B enterprise solutions or data platforms.
• 3+ years of experience managing data products, systems, or marketplaces in healthcare, biomedical, or life sciences.
• Experience building products on cloud infrastructure such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.
• Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
