What you will do
- Serve as the central resource hub for regional sales stakeholders, connecting teams with the right solutions and resources.
- Own Salesforce as the forecasting lead; create sales reports and analysis to improve data integrity and reporting.
- Support implementation of strategic initiatives for the assigned region/area.
- Partner with Sales Readiness to onboard and train field sales employees.
- Conduct market research and develop client/competitor information for internal sales and dealers.
- Manage OPEX/budget analysis and execution, including procurement and invoice management; provide contract, marketing, and technology support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or administrative office support role.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior project management/planning experience with demonstrated financial acumen.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and proactive collaboration skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours as designated for the local sales office and travel occasionally.
