Salary: $87,000.00 - $100,000.00

What you will do

  • Serve as the central resource hub for regional sales stakeholders, connecting teams with the right solutions and resources.
  • Own Salesforce as the forecasting lead; create sales reports and analysis to improve data integrity and reporting.
  • Support implementation of strategic initiatives for the assigned region/area.
  • Partner with Sales Readiness to onboard and train field sales employees.
  • Conduct market research and develop client/competitor information for internal sales and dealers.
  • Manage OPEX/budget analysis and execution, including procurement and invoice management; provide contract, marketing, and technology support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or administrative office support role.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior project management/planning experience with demonstrated financial acumen.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and proactive collaboration skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours as designated for the local sales office and travel occasionally.
