What you will do

• Identify, source, and close digital advertising sales with internal Amazon brands.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across categories like retail, grocery, and entertainment.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Amazon business units.
• Act as a subject matter expert on hirify.global advertising products to provide strategic recommendations.
• Evangelize new product launches and feature testing to gather insights from internal partners.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and creator partnership teams to develop advertising solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of media agency or sales experience
• Proven track record of closing sales and generating revenue
• Deep knowledge of the video advertising landscape, including upfront and programmatic media trading
• Experience in business development and growing customer accounts
• Ability to navigate complex dynamics with senior executives
• Experience working with technical product teams
