TL;DR

Enterprise Advertising Sales Manager (Health): Driving revenue growth by acquiring and scaling large brand and agency accounts within the health and pharma verticals with an accent on full-funnel advertising solutions. Focus on building strategic client relationships, managing a high-value sales pipeline, and achieving quarterly revenue targets in a performance-driven environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Los Angeles, California. Hybrid work schedule requires 3 days in-office.

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 base salary (OTE $200,000–$230,000).

What you will do

  • Develop, close, and scale a pipeline of successful advertiser accounts within the health and pharma sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, meetings, and digital outreach.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of full-funnel advertising solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients to ensure best-in-class service delivery.
  • Travel monthly to visit clients and attend industry events.
  • Collaborate with sales planners, account managers, and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in the digital advertising space, including at least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience.
  • Strong track record of driving net-new business specifically within the Health or Pharma verticals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong business acumen.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
