Salary: $100,000–$115,000 base salary (OTE $200,000–$230,000).

What you will do
- Develop, close, and scale a pipeline of successful advertiser accounts within the health and pharma sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, meetings, and digital outreach.
- Educate clients on the benefits of full-funnel advertising solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
- Act as an internal advocate for clients to ensure best-in-class service delivery.
- Travel monthly to visit clients and attend industry events.
- Collaborate with sales planners, account managers, and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in the digital advertising space, including at least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience.
- Strong track record of driving net-new business specifically within the Health or Pharma verticals.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and productivity tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong business acumen.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
