What you will do
- Define and refine product narratives and messaging frameworks to ensure competitive differentiation.
- Lead end-to-end strategic marketing plans for product launches and major updates.
- Collaborate with demand generation teams to optimize traffic, MQLs, and SQLs.
- Drive growth campaigns targeting users, decision-makers, and influencers across buyer segments.
- Partner with Go-to-Market teams to provide assets, messaging, and training to accelerate deal velocity.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing product marketing team while influencing executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role managing and mentoring teams.
- Proven expertise in messaging frameworks, persona development, and storytelling.
- Strong background in demand generation alignment and performance metrics.
- Deep knowledge of ABM, multi-product marketing, and sales enablement strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills at all organizational levels.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA or related).
- Public speaking experience (webinars, conferences).
- Experience in highly regulated industries like government affairs, legal, or tax.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.
