TL;DR

What you will do

  • Define and refine product narratives and messaging frameworks to ensure competitive differentiation.
  • Lead end-to-end strategic marketing plans for product launches and major updates.
  • Collaborate with demand generation teams to optimize traffic, MQLs, and SQLs.
  • Drive growth campaigns targeting users, decision-makers, and influencers across buyer segments.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market teams to provide assets, messaging, and training to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing product marketing team while influencing executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership role managing and mentoring teams.
  • Proven expertise in messaging frameworks, persona development, and storytelling.
  • Strong background in demand generation alignment and performance metrics.
  • Deep knowledge of ABM, multi-product marketing, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MBA or related).
  • Public speaking experience (webinars, conferences).
  • Experience in highly regulated industries like government affairs, legal, or tax.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.
