What you will do

• Architect and lead high-impact demand generation and ABM strategies to scale MQAs and accelerate pipeline.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive annual marketing calendar aligned with business milestones.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Partner teams to co-create unified marketing strategies.
• Partner with BDR teams to ensure high-quality lead delivery and optimize hand-off efficiency.
• Manage strategic relationships with agencies and contractors, overseeing budgets for high-ROI delivery.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable data to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically in marketing.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Addison, TX.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS domain.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Marketing Automation systems, with Marketo preferred.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and analyze reporting.
