What you will do
- Build and own digital marketing programs, including SEO, paid, email nurture, and ABM campaigns targeting defined ICPs.
- Develop account-based strategies to create early buyer awareness and disrupt incumbent upgrade paths before RFPs are issued.
- Own the category narrative, competitive differentiation, and buyer-facing messaging across all channels and personas.
- Lead field marketing and executive engagement, including the strategy and execution of a large-scale annual client conference.
- Manage partner co-marketing programs with key channel partners to drive partner-influenced pipeline.
- Direct a network of agencies and contractors to build a content engine serving every stage of the buyer journey.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA or Canada.
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 3+ years in a director or senior director-level role with pipeline accountability.
- Proven track record of building inbound pipeline programs from scratch.
- Expert fluency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to government, utility, or infrastructure buyers with long, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles.
- Background in high-growth, PE-backed, scale-up SaaS environments.
- Experience owning large-format annual client conferences and high-investment event programs.
- Experience building or scaling a product marketing function.
