What you will do

  • Build and own digital marketing programs, including SEO, paid, email nurture, and ABM campaigns targeting defined ICPs.
  • Develop account-based strategies to create early buyer awareness and disrupt incumbent upgrade paths before RFPs are issued.
  • Own the category narrative, competitive differentiation, and buyer-facing messaging across all channels and personas.
  • Lead field marketing and executive engagement, including the strategy and execution of a large-scale annual client conference.
  • Manage partner co-marketing programs with key channel partners to drive partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Direct a network of agencies and contractors to build a content engine serving every stage of the buyer journey.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA or Canada.
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 3+ years in a director or senior director-level role with pipeline accountability.
  • Proven track record of building inbound pipeline programs from scratch.
  • Expert fluency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to government, utility, or infrastructure buyers with long, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles.
  • Background in high-growth, PE-backed, scale-up SaaS environments.
  • Experience owning large-format annual client conferences and high-investment event programs.
  • Experience building or scaling a product marketing function.
