TL;DR

Director of Marketing (B2B): Leading North America campaigns for new business and customer growth with an accent on integrated campaign strategy and revenue pipeline across SMB and Enterprise segments. Focus on designing GTM strategies, optimizing lifecycle marketing, and leveraging ABM to win high-value accounts.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in Addison, TX). No sponsorship available

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy for all North America campaigns to accelerate deal velocity and customer growth.
  • Build and execute multi-channel programs across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments to drive pipeline and conversion.
  • Define GTM strategies by industry and audience to identify and penetrate target markets.
  • Drive demand generation and ABM programs to consistently deliver high-quality pipeline for high-value accounts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and pipeline data to optimize ROI, audience journeys, and foundational metrics.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure tight alignment on messaging and global priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of Marketing experience.
  • Proven line management experience.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong understanding of segment-based GTM strategies (SMB, mid-market, enterprise).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Addison, TX; sponsorship is not offered.

Nice to have

  • SaaS background.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
