TL;DR

Account Manager (Channel Partners): Managing and growing partner relationships to drive sales of the hirify.global ONE Platform with an accent on channel strategy, partner enablement, and migration of legacy customers. Focus on building strategic mutual plans, prospecting new business, and nurturing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and OEMs.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Mississauga, Canada (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Train partners on the hirify.global ONE Platform to drive new leads and migrate legacy customers.
  • Develop and implement strategic mutual plans to manage and grow partner accounts.
  • Prospect for new customers using direct and indirect methods, including networking and face-to-face meetings.
  • Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships as a dedicated advisor.
  • Coordinate with internal support, service, and management teams to meet partner performance objectives.
  • Conduct formal group presentations for senior management at large client organizations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales working through a channel.
  • Deep understanding of channel sales dynamics and strategic alliances with OEMs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Experience managing Fortune 500 accounts and complex projects.
  • Certification in value selling methodologies (e.g., Visualize).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
