What you will do

• Lead AI orchestration strategy and roadmap for People Operations, focusing on agentic AI and intelligent automation adoption.
• Evaluate, pilot, and scale AI-powered HR solutions ensuring compliance with regulatory and data security standards.
• Develop and maintain an AI governance framework covering responsible AI use, bias monitoring, and human-in-the-loop oversight.
• Partner with L&D to create AI literacy programs and deliver training for HR teams and end-users.
• Architect scalable HR process maps and workflows designed for AI-readiness and automation compatibility.
• Manage HR policies, knowledge platforms, and onboarding for HR technology users.

Requirements

• Must be fully remote within the United States.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• 8+ years progressive HR or People Technology experience; Pharma/Biotech experience preferred.
• Experience with AI-powered HR tools, AI governance, Workday HCM, and ServiceNow HR platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts including NLP, LLMs, agentic AI, and intelligent process automation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage confidential information.
