What you will do

• Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance reviews, L&D, and offboarding.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership to translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
• Analyze HR metrics (attrition, eNPS) to drive actionable improvements.
• Implement AI tools to automate routine processes and enhance data analysis.
• Develop and coach managers through new frameworks and practical guidance.
• Build and manage employer branding on platforms like Glassdoor and DOU.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in IT services or agency companies with 150–300+ employees.
• Strong expertise in HR Operations, Talent Management, and Recruitment.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and constant change in a fast-growing environment.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher required.
• Location: Must be able to work remotely (Work from anywhere).
