Salary: $57,900 – $79,600 per year (based on national hourly range of $27.84–$38.27/hr plus 10% incentive).

What you will do

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve assigned claims of low complexity.
• Determine coverage and recommend appropriate next steps for claim resolution.
• Prepare and distribute accurate claim reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Underwriting, Finance, and Risk Management.
• Participate in training and development programs to build claims expertise.
• Deliver top-notch service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship available).
• High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Must have or be eligible to receive a claims adjuster license.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
