What you will do

• Conduct business analyses to ensure operational practices align with company standards and regulatory compliance.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalable growth.
• Manage contract execution, including formatting deal parameters and ensuring consistency with legal and financial guidelines.
• Configure customer accounts and products based on signed contracts, resolving configuration inconsistencies.
• Analyze merchant activity data to identify high-growth opportunities and contract upgrades for the sales team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve delinquent accounts and build effective payment solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in operations, preferably within SaaS or e-hirify.global.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and SaaS technologies.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Zuora, Impartner, and Marketo.
• Proven track record of using operational expertise to drive productivity and efficiency.
