Salary: $75,000 base + $45,000 commission target

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SMB customer accounts.
• Drive renewals and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
• Facilitate and maintain successful long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate within a virtual account team-selling environment.
• Track and report on customer satisfaction and reference ability.

Requirements

• Must be based in CA, CO, or AZ.
• 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or business development within the IT market.
• Proven track record of achieving 100%+ of assigned quotas or MBOs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics software.
