What you will do

• Partner with the Territory Manager to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
• Identify and qualify potential sales leads within clinics and medical facilities.
• Provide technical and clinical product education to physicians, staff, and patients.
• Measure, fit, and troubleshoot orthopedic products, including custom braces.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate equipment delivery and service.
• Ensure accurate documentation for insurance billing and maintain strict HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a healthcare-related field.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Commitment to remain in the Sales Associate role for a minimum of one year.

Nice to have

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare industry experience in customer service or sales.
• Prior training in orthopedic therapeutic devices.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes.
