What you will do

• Lead the annual operating plan end-to-end, including rolling forecasts, reforecasts, and long-range planning with driver-based models.
• Own ARR and revenue reporting, including ARR bridge movements, GAAP revenue vs billings vs ARR reconciliation, and GTM commercial reporting packs.
• Run lender and investor reporting, including quarterly compliance certificates, PE sponsor management reporting, and forward-looking liquidity modeling.
• Serve as senior finance business partner to the CFO and executives; translate financial data into actionable insights and partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product/Engineering.
• Drive data integrity and reporting infrastructure improvements by moving from spreadsheet processes to scalable, system-driven reporting and KPI frameworks.
• Lead and develop an FP&A team, set priorities, and expand team capacity as the function grows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A and finance leadership experience, including significant experience in PE-backed companies and ownership of the PE reporting cycle (compliance certificates, sponsor decks, lender calls).
• Proven experience building or rebuilding financial close processes and FP&A reporting infrastructure (close books, QC frameworks, hard monthly closes, management reporting packs).
• Hands-on ARR bridge reconciliation experience in a multi-product, multi-route-to-market SaaS business, including resolving discrepancies between internal reporting and external auditor analyses.
• Deep working knowledge of US GAAP revenue recognition (ASC 606) and experience managing a revenue recognition system (RevPro, Zuora, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Strong technical accounting grounding in US GAAP and ability to engage credibly with auditors and lender finance teams.
• Proficiency with financial systems and tooling: ERP (NetSuite preferred), advanced Excel/Power Query, Power BI or Tableau, Salesforce, and FP&A planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, or equivalent).
