TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS/Analytics): Generating qualified sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting with an accent on consultative selling and business value assessment. Focus on managing high-volume lead pipelines, executing strategic account mapping, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive business growth.

Location: Must be based in the US (East Coast preference)

Compensation: $80,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities by responding to marketing leads and conducting outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Manage small deals and renewals within an assigned territory.
  • Assess prospect business environments to effectively communicate the value of hirify.global solutions.
  • Maintain a high volume of daily activity, including 50+ dials.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 1+ year of experience in B2B enterprise software telesales or business development.
  • Proven expertise in consultative solution selling and lead qualification.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with account mapping and developing prospecting strategies.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain resilience in a high-volume sales role.
  • Must be eligible to work in compliance with U.S. export controls.

  • College degree.
  • Experience selling Business Intelligence or Analytics software.
