TL;DR

Associate Regulatory Compliance Specialist (Igaming): Managing Nevada Gaming Employee registrations and supporting probity investigations for vendors and partners with an accent on regulatory adherence and due diligence. Focus on maintaining compliance records, liaising with the Nevada Gaming Control Board, and ensuring operational integrity within a highly regulated environment.

Location: Must be based in Las Vegas, NV, US (Hybrid in-office role).

Compensation: $18.00–$32.89 per hour.

What you will do

  • Manage Nevada Gaming Employee registrations for new hires, contractors, and renewals.
  • Conduct probity due diligence investigations for customers, vendors, and third-party service providers.
  • Liaise with the Nevada Gaming Control Board Employee Registration Unit.
  • Perform employee probity assessments and background checks in coordination with Licensing and HR.
  • Maintain compliance records in Protecht and D365 systems.
  • Assist with internal and external audit inquiries regarding due diligence and registration procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a Nevada Gaming Employee Registration.
  • 12+ months of experience in compliance, HR, gaming, or audit.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Operational proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment and adapt to fast-paced changes.
