What you will do

• Coordinate the collection of gaming license applications and documentation for global regulators.
• Interact with employees to gather sensitive and confidential information.
• Process and file new and renewal license applications within project deadlines.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments and gaming agencies.
• Maintain organized files for all license filings and provide budget information to management.
• Notarize documents and participate in internal key partner meetings.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 1+ years of experience in the Gaming Industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
