What you will do
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of producers to achieve individual and market-level revenue goals.
- Own the market sales strategy, including pipeline creation, forecasting, and conversion rate improvement.
- Recruit, hire, and mentor top-tier sales talent to build a high-performance team.
- Partner with marketing and leadership to execute localized go-to-market strategies and referral programs.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and maintain disciplined reporting on sales activities and lead generation.
- Participate in strategic prospect meetings to improve win rates and demonstrate the company value proposition.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Active Florida Life & Health License (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated experience in managing or mentoring sales producers.
Nice to have
- Experience in employee benefits, P&C insurance, financial services, or adjacent industries like HCM or payroll.
- Background in high-growth, performance-driven sales environments.
- Professional designations such as RHU or REBC.
