What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of producers to achieve individual and market-level revenue goals.
  • Own the market sales strategy, including pipeline creation, forecasting, and conversion rate improvement.
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor top-tier sales talent to build a high-performance team.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to execute localized go-to-market strategies and referral programs.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and maintain disciplined reporting on sales activities and lead generation.
  • Participate in strategic prospect meetings to improve win rates and demonstrate the company value proposition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Active Florida Life & Health License (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing or mentoring sales producers.

Nice to have

  • Experience in employee benefits, P&C insurance, financial services, or adjacent industries like HCM or payroll.
  • Background in high-growth, performance-driven sales environments.
  • Professional designations such as RHU or REBC.
