What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed divisional revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to peak performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on lease sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of lease industry trends, regulations, and financial instruments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and financial analysis tools.
  • Must be based in the United States.
