What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed divisional revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to reach peak performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with a specific focus on lease sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of lease industry trends, regulations, and financial instruments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and financial analysis tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
