Senior Manager, AI Transformation & Organizational Design (AI): Lead reimagining work, job roles, and organizational structures as AI tools are integrated across functions, with an accent on job & work redesign, organizational design optimization, and workforce reskilling. Focus on forecasting organization-level workforce changes, driving change management and adoption, and translating skills and labor-market intelligence into AI-informed talent and operating model decisions.

Location: Remote - US

Estimated Pay Range: $138,000.00 - $180,000.00

What you will do

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to analyze workflows, identify automation/augmentation opportunities, and redesign job roles and processes to leverage AI effectively.
  • Assess current organizational structures and design/recommend new organizational models to improve efficiency, collaboration, and value creation, supporting long-term strategy and M&A activity.
  • Develop and implement workforce reskilling and upskilling strategies, including identifying critical new skills and designing training programs for continuous learning.
  • Perform workforce planning and forecasting for organization-level changes driven by automation and AI, advising on future talent needs and strategic staffing adjustments.
  • Lead change management initiatives for organizational design changes and new ways of working, including measuring adoption success.
  • Own skills intelligence and AI workforce strategy by applying enterprise skills and labor-market intelligence (e.g., Lightcast) to inform AI-driven job redesign and workforce planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, or related HR consulting, with a strong focus on technology-driven transformations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and practical business application; AI implementation project experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to design and implement job redesign and organizational restructuring initiatives.
  • Strong experience developing and executing workforce reskilling and development programs.
  • Experience partnering with HR Business Partners on organizational design, workforce planning, or large-scale transformation work.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to forecast and model complex organizational changes.
