Senior Manager, AI Transformation & Organizational Design

What you will do

• Analyze workflows and redesign jobs, responsibilities, skill requirements, and interdependencies to support AI automation and augmentation.
• Assess organizational structures and recommend models that improve efficiency, collaboration, value creation, and support long-term strategy and M&A activity.
• Develop workforce reskilling and upskilling strategies, identify emerging capabilities, and design training programs.
• Forecast organization-level workforce changes resulting from automation and AI, advising HRBPs and leadership on future talent needs and staffing adjustments.
• Lead change management and adoption initiatives for organizational design changes and new ways of working.
• Advise senior leadership, HR, and technology teams while strengthening HRBP capability to sustain this work independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, or related HR consulting, with a focus on technology-driven transformation.
• Understanding of AI technologies and their practical business applications; experience with AI implementation projects is highly desirable.
• Experience designing job redesign, organizational restructuring, workforce reskilling, and development initiatives.
• Experience consulting with HR Business Partners and operationalizing skills-based workforce initiatives, labor-market intelligence, or AI-informed talent strategies.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
