Senior Staff PX Business Partner - Software, Products & Services (R4850)

What you will do

• Partner with senior Engineering and Product leaders to translate business and technical priorities into people and organizational strategies.
• Advise senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team performance, organizational design, operating models, and complex people decisions.
• Lead workforce and talent planning, including capability, succession, retention, location strategy, and workforce composition.
• Use people and business data to assess organizational health, talent trends, leadership effectiveness, and workforce risks.
• Lead people-related work across M&A due diligence, talent assessment, integration planning, retention, change management, and cultural integration.
• Collaborate with PX, Finance, Legal, Corporate Development, Product, and other functions on scalable organizational solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Platform, or other highly technical organizations.
• Experience partnering with VP- and Director-level leaders on people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession, change management, and leadership coaching.
• Experience supporting the people aspects of M&A, including due diligence, integration planning, talent assessment, retention, organizational alignment, and cultural integration.
• Strong understanding of technical talent markets, job architecture, leveling frameworks, compensation principles, workforce analytics, and people data.

• Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling technology organizations.
• Experience with Software, Product, AI/ML, Platform, or Services organizations.
• Experience supporting global or geographically distributed teams in complex matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI, and their workforce strategy implications.
