Workforce Planning Transformation Strategist - Enterprise Operations

Location: Hybrid work required; may be based in Austin, Fort Collins, or Houston, United States

Salary: $175,000–$190,000 annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates

What you will do

• Design and execute multi-year global workforce strategies aligned with enterprise objectives and transformation priorities.
• Forecast talent needs using predictive modeling, market intelligence, and scenario-based workforce models.
• Develop analytics frameworks and monitoring platforms for workforce health, skills inventory, and capability gaps.
• Drive upskilling, reskilling, and talent acquisition initiatives in partnership with HR, Finance, and business units.
• Own Enterprise Operations job architecture, including job families, descriptions, competencies, skills taxonomy, and capability frameworks.
• Establish workforce planning governance and provide executive-level insights on talent and location strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in workforce planning, HR strategy, or a related field.
• Experience with workforce analytics, modeling, strategic HR, transformation leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of location strategy, market intelligence, governance, compliance, and Learning & Development integration.
• Strong executive communication, influencing, strategic thinking, and ability to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution.

• Advanced degree or workforce planning certification.
• MBA.
• Large-scale transformation experience and demonstrated industry thought leadership.
