Salary: $175,000–$185,000

What you will do

• Build full-funnel growth strategies to drive brand awareness, conversion, and member loyalty.
• Articulate and maintain consistent brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints.
• Lead internal and external marketing teams in the implementation of annual plans, including PR, events, and creative development.
• Manage the annual marketing budget and measure campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.
• Partner with leadership to deliver franchisee-facing marketing support and training initiatives.
• Coach and manage direct reports while providing an outside-in view of emerging communication trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand marketing with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience managing agency partnerships and working cross-functionally.
• Proven experience leading teams within a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
