What you will do

  • Own and evolve the roadmap for shared operational and customer-facing capabilities, including alerts, bureau integrations, and score/report services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product domains to reduce duplication and improve reuse of shared capabilities across products.
  • Drive simplification, standardization, and operational scalability across the consumer ecosystem.
  • Prioritize investments based on customer impact, business value, platform health, and strategic opportunities.
  • Ensure stability and resilience of critical shared services while evolving them to meet changing business needs.

Requirements

  • Experience managing shared customer or operational capabilities within digital consumer products.
  • Experience working in complex digital environments where reliability, customer trust, and regulatory considerations are critical.
  • Strong understanding of how shared capabilities impact MAU, servicing effectiveness, and overall business performance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Operations, CRM, and Customer Services stakeholders.
  • Data-informed approach, using customer and product metrics to prioritize work and improve effectiveness.
