• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO specialists, content writers, and advertising experts.
• Manage client budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and measurable ROI.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management.
• Proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
