Sr. Advisor, Education Technology

Location: Charlotte, NC, United States; remote work is indicated, while working conditions also include an office setting.

Salary: $115,000–$175,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead technology solution and consulting growth for the Education practice.
• Identify revenue opportunities in education agency data ingestion, reporting, and related technology services.
• Guide teams in technology planning, strategic planning, solution development, and business development.
• Analyze public education technology markets and identify potential opportunities.
• Use client networks and relationships to build future business opportunities and solution offerings.
• Establish relationships with federal and state agencies, private-sector solution firms, and conference audiences.

Requirements

• Subject-matter expertise in public education agency technology.
• 15+ years of combined experience in public education agencies and the private sector, with progressively increasing leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success developing, bidding on, and winning management consulting engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree or professional equivalent is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal, written communication, decision-making, and project management skills.
• PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
