Compensation: $5,202.00 - $5,963.00 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Directors, including calendar management and internal initiative coordination.
- Oversee financial processes such as expense reports, Visa reconciliations, and budget tracking in Workday.
- Coordinate HR lifecycle documentation, including appointments, terminations, and performance appraisals.
- Execute end-to-end financial processes for capital and construction projects.
- Manage departmental web content, digital assets, and internal communication materials.
- Coordinate logistics for departmental events, engagement activities, and committee meetings.
Requirements
- Must be based in Kelowna, BC, Canada
- Completion of high school and at least two years of post-secondary coursework in business or a related field.
- Over three years of relevant administrative experience in a complex institutional environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and budget reconciliation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and web content management systems like WordPress.
- Ability to interpret and apply university policies, procedures, and collective agreements.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting land use planning, space planning, or infrastructure development projects.
- Knowledge of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA) principles.
