What you will do

• Manage and optimize global paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Develop and execute strategies using SEM and Performance Max to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign data to improve efficiency in budgeting, targeting, and bidding.
• Drive testing of advanced Google Ads capabilities, including AI Max and smart bidding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Report on campaign performance with clear insights and optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Proven experience with Google Performance Max (PMax).
• Strong analytical skills using tools like Tableau or Adobe Analytics.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
