• Scale the paid media department structure, focusing on hiring, coaching, and resource planning.
• Act as a strategic advisor for enterprise accounts to drive retention and growth.
• Manage executive relationships with major platforms like Google, Microsoft, and Meta.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Paid Media marketing within a high-volume agency.
• 7+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of how generative AI and LLMs are transforming digital marketing.
• Must be based in the United States
