Paid Advertising Strategist (Marketing): Owning the execution, performance, and growth of paid media campaigns for a diverse book of business with an accent on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and cross-channel strategy. Location: Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite).

What you will do

  • Own the full execution and performance of paid social and paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube.
  • Manage client budgets and provide proactive strategic recommendations to improve performance against business goals.
  • Lead weekly client progress recaps, leveraging data to tell compelling stories and articulate results.
  • Collaborate with account leadership and specialists to evolve media strategies and ensure tactical execution.
  • Utilize proprietary AI-driven tools and the Nova ecosystem to enhance business processes and investment planning.
  • Adapt strategies to landscape changes to ensure consistent delivery of client KPIs.

Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Direct Response marketing (E-Commerce, Lead Gen, or B2B).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of the full-funnel marketing model and paid media strategy.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Performance Max, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, or Bing Ads.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to leverage AI technologies for marketing optimization.
