What you will do

• Own ROAS, efficiency, and growth targets for a multi-million-dollar paid search budget.
• Develop and optimize campaign architecture across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Build and refine keyword strategy, bidding frameworks, and audience targeting.
• Audit and direct automated bidding systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with Product and Data teams to improve conversion performance and measurement.
• Identify and execute new growth opportunities across search inventory and seasonal demand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house paid search experience.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar paid search budgets.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of owning ROAS, CPA, or similar business outcomes.
• Experience in marketplace, ecommerce, travel, or high-intent transactional businesses.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in ticketing, rideshare, or inventory-driven marketplaces.
• Knowledge of incrementality testing or MMM environments.
• Experience optimizing mobile-web conversion funnels.
• AI fluency within search workflows and analysis.
